RESOURCES - PASTORAL CARE

"All praise to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the source of every mercy

and the God who comforts us. He comforst us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others.

When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us."

2 Corinthians 1:3-4

  • Many times in life we encounter difficulties that seem overwhelming. Many times we face

decisions and are unsure how to best proceed.

  • Many times we need someone to help guide us in how to move forward according to

          God's principles.

That's why the church is here.

At SPC we believe the best pastoral care is from those with whom we are in relationships and so

most pastoral care happens within our C3-Groups but we also realize that there are times in our

lives when our needs are greater or we need more confidentiality and we need someone trained in pastoral care who can provide Biblical guidance and direction in working through difficulties.  If you

find yourself in need of care your group can't provide...
